Terms and Conditions for L.G Promotion
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- Entry into the competition will be deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions. All new entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Entry is open to new paid members of Meetmyfriend.co
m.au who join between the 1st of September 2008 until Jan 31st 2009 and who are residents of Australia. - There is a limit of one entry per new person. Contestants may not use or attempt to use more than one name in order to qualify to win. Entrants acknowledge that even if Meetmyfriend only learns of a person's ineligibility after Meetmyfriend has appeared to award the prize to the ineligible person, it may require the return of the prize or payment of its value to Meetmyfriend to be dealt with as an unclaimed prize.
- New member's profiles submitted outside of this time frame above will be considered disqualified.
- Winners will be selected each week by Meetmyfriend Pty Ltd starting 22nd of September. All paid new members who join within the competition duration defined above will automatically have their profiles considered for the competition.
- The winner will be selected by Meetmyfriend management based on their profile description. The profiles judged to be the best by Meetmyfriend management for that competition period, will be considered the winners. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
- Winners will be contacted by email and shown on the website Meetmyfriend.co

- All entrants agree to participate in any media activities surrounding the competition, including publication of their images in third party outlets as approved by Meetmyfriend.
- The weekly winner of the phone competition will receive either a LG Black Label Series KF700 Secret or black Label series KE770 Shine Bar. All prizes are valued inclusive of GST and Meetmyfriend takes no responsibility for any variation in item values. Prizes are non-transferabl
e and may not be redeemed for cash. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Meetmyfriend may substitute a prize of similar nature and/or like or greater value. This value of the prize includes the phone handset and charger only. Any other related costs such as phone contract or charges are the responsibility of the winner. - Winners must provide a valid delivery address within Australia.
- Meetmyfriend is not responsible for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise delivery details provided by a winner. Meetmyfriend also takes no responsibility for prizes lost or stolen after they have been released for delivery via postage or courier. Meetmyfriend makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitabi
lity/merchantab ility of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, Meetmyfriend is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained to personal property and including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by Meetmyfriend, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner(s) and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the winners. - Eligibility limitations: The following persons are ineligible to enter: i) employees of, or contractors to, Meetmyfriend so far as they are directly associated with this competition; ii) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household).
- Under the Privacy Act the names and addresses of all entrants in this competition will not be shared or distributed to other parties unless specified.
