A totally different online dating site
A small group of single friends in Sydney hatched a plan to meet new people and find potential partners. Each person was asked to bring along a single friend to a dinner party. Twelve singles met for dinner and talked about how hard it is to meet new people. "Wouldn't it be great", they thought, "ïf there was an easier way to meet each other's single friends?" From this concept meetmyfriend was born.
It works on the philosophy that it is easier and more genuine to describe a friend than yourself. Having a friend write your profile takes the pressure off. It provides a unique & personal perspective that helps to create a safe environment to help you or your single mates hook up – for fun, friendship, or for life!
